JOEL H. MOSELEY, SR. is a partner in the law firm of Moseley & Moseley, Attorneys at Law. Mr. Moseley graduated cum laude from Carson-Newman College and received his J.D. degree in 1967 from Vanderbilt University.
He has been licensed to practice law in Tennessee since 1967. Mr. Moseley is admitted to practice before all courts in Tennessee, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Moseley served as a Metropolitan Attorney for the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee, from 1967 to 1968.
Upon leaving the Department of Law, he served as Executive Assistant to the Honorable Beverly Briley, Mayor of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, from 1968 to 1970. He has been in the private practice of law since 1971.
